What You'll Do:

Lead the marketing and census management efforts to ensure full occupancy and community engagement
Conduct tours, maintain referral relationships, track leads, and support prospective residents throughout the move-in process
Ensure all marketing and admissions activities align with community standards and regulatory requirements
Support residents with resources and services to help them maintain independence
Manage administrative support tasks and maintaining accurate documentation

What You'll Need:

Four-year degree in a relevant field
At least 2 years prior experience in a similar position
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Valid Driver's license
