What You'll Do:
- Lead the marketing and census management efforts to ensure full occupancy and community engagement
- Conduct tours, maintain referral relationships, track leads, and support prospective residents throughout the move-in process
- Ensure all marketing and admissions activities align with community standards and regulatory requirements
- Support residents with resources and services to help them maintain independence
- Manage administrative support tasks and maintaining accurate documentation
What You'll Need:
- Four-year degree in a relevant field
- At least 2 years prior experience in a similar position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Driver's license
