What You'll Do:

Lead the marketing and census management efforts to ensure full occupancy and community engagement
Conduct tours, maintain referral relationships, track leads, and support prospective residents throughout the move-in process
Ensure all marketing and admissions activities align with community standards and regulatory requirements
Support residents with resources and services to help them maintain independence
Manage administrative support tasks, maintain accurate documentation, and prepare all outreach marketing materials
Host events in the community, showcasing all that the community has to offer

What You'll Need:

At least 2 years of experience in senior living, memory care preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Valid Driver's license
Must be 21 years of age
