What You'll Do:

  • Oversee all building maintenance operations to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment for residents and staff
  • Develop and perform preventive maintenance on building systems, manage work orders, and troubleshoot/repair equipment
  • Supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff, manage vendor contracts, and coordinate inspections
  • Maintain and monitor HVAC, electrical, emergency systems, elevators, and landscaping
  • Respond to after-hours emergencies, support budget planning and compliance, and contribute to strategic planning for facility improvements and renovations

What You'll Need:

  • At least 5 years of prior experience in a similar maintenance position
  • Advanced training in electrical, mechanical, and technical building systems and equipment preferred
  • HVAC certification required
  • Physical ability to perform manual work
  • 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma/GED
