What You'll Do:
As a Housekeeper, you will help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents, families, guests, and team members. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing routine housekeeping duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout resident apartments, hallways, restrooms, dining areas, and common spaces.
- Ensuring resident rooms are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Following established cleaning procedures and infection control standards.
- Assisting with laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and resident clothing as needed.
- Responding promptly to housekeeping requests and contributing to a positive resident experience.
- Supporting a team-oriented environment focused on providing exceptional service and care.
What you will need:
- High school diploma/GED.
- At least 1 year prior cleaning and custodial experience.
- Physical ability to perform manual work.
- 18 years of age or older.
