What You'll Do:
- Provides strong operational leadership by overseeing daily assisted living and memory care operations, ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance, and best practices
- Drives occupancy growth and community performance through effective team leadership, budget management, and strategic planning
- Leads, develops, and engages staff while fostering a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture
- Utilizes financial acumen to manage budgets, optimize operations, and support sustainable growth and stability
- Executes strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts to enhance resident satisfaction, independence, and overall community success
What You'll Need:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Minimum of 5 years of senior living experience with a proven track record in community operations and leadership
- IL Assisted Living Manager certification
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred; Business Administration, Hospitality or a health-related field is a plus
