What You'll Do:
- Oversee all building maintenance operations to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment for residents and staff
- Develop and perform preventive maintenance on building systems, manage work orders, and troubleshoot/repair equipment
- Supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff, manage vendor contracts, and coordinate inspections
- Maintain and monitor HVAC, electrical, emergency systems, elevators, and landscaping
- Respond to after-hours emergencies, support budget planning and compliance, and contribute to strategic planning for facility improvements and renovations
What You'll Need:
- At least 2 years of prior experience in a similar maintenance position
- Advanced training in electrical, mechanical, and technical building systems and equipment preferred
- Physical ability to perform manual work
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma/GED
