What You'll Do:
- Assist the Executive Director with a variety of administrative and operational projects
- Upload and process invoices, and maintain and update spreadsheets for tracking and reporting purposes
- Multitask effectively to support day-to-day community operations across multiple areas
- Serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service
- Answer phones, greet guests, manage resident requests, and coordinate transportation and appointments
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or front desk experience, preferably in a hospitality, healthcare, or senior living setting
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and general administrative tasks (e.g., data entry, scheduling, document management)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and shifting tasks throughout the day
