What You'll Do
- Provide strong operational leadership by overseeing daily assisted living and memory care operations, ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance, and best practices
- Drive occupancy growth and community performance through effective team leadership, budget management, and strategic planning
- Lead, develop, and engage staff, fostering a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture
- Manage budgets and utilize financial acumen to optimize operations and support sustainable growth and stability
- Execute strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts to enhance resident satisfaction, independence, and overall community success
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and statutes pertaining to assisted living
- Serve as a key liaison with residents, families, staff, and the broader community to maintain a positive image and strong relationships
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 1–5 years of senior living experience with a proven track record in community operations and leadership
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Business Administration, Hospitality, or a health-related field a plus)
