What You'll Do:
- Prepare and serve meals according to standardized recipes and quality standard
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow all health department regulations
- Monitor inventory, rotate stock, and store food properly
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean, functional, and maintained
- Work with fellow team members to ensure resident satisfaction
- Cross-train in other dining service roles to support overall department operations
- Excel in a fast-paced culinary environment while maintaining attention to detail
What You'll Need:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a fast paced, commercial kitchen setting required
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Senior Living required
- Valid Food Safety Certification and knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper storage practices required
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude toward residents, co-workers, and visitors required
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, and reach required
