What You'll Do:
- Oversee all health and wellness services for assisted living residents
- Ensure compliance with Assisted Living License regulations
- Supervise nursing and direct care staff, including hiring, training, and evaluations
- Perform resident assessments, care planning, and medication oversight
- Coordinate with physicians, families, and case workers regarding care plans and changes
- Be available for emergencies and staff support via phone/on-call
- Maintain and update resident records, policies, procedures, and training manuals
What You'll Need:
- Active LPN or RN license in the State of Oklahoma
- At least 1 year of experience in senior living and/or memory care
- CPR Certification required
- Leadership and supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
- Sensitivity and strong communication skills for working with residents and families
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and evenings
- Valid driver’s license
